Reservations + Cancellations
Should you need to cancel, reschedule or change your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Any cancellation, reschedule or changes requested less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time will be charged the full cost of the service scheduled. If this happens, please know it is not intended to penalize you - these policies are necessary to sustain our small, service-based business.
Unexpected events such as illness, work emergencies, family needs and travel delays are not exempt from the cancellation policy. Our appointment confirmations, reminder emails, and texts are a courtesy service. Opting out of or otherwise not receiving these communications does not make a last minute cancellation or no show exempt from our policy.
A valid credit card is required to book your reservation. Cancellations, reschedules and change requests may be done through online booking, phone call or email.
Untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time in order to remain on schedule for subsequent guests. Arriving later than 20% of your appointment time will be considered a late cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation fee.
Cold Sore + Sick Policy
We cannot safely treat the skin until cold sore scabs have fully shed and the skin behind it has healed. If you are prone to cold sores, pre-treating with an anti-viral medication is recommended prior to any facial treatment.
In order to ensure the safety of all our guests, we cannot treat anyone experiencing cold or flu symptoms.
Cancel your reservation 48 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee.
Botox + Filler
We recommend scheduling your botox/filler appointments 2 weeks prior to your facial treatment. If you have received neuromodulators within 7 days prior to your appointment or fillers within 14 days prior to your appointment, your appointment will be considered a late cancellation and you will be responsible for the full value of the service.
Guests under the age of 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. Minors who are not receiving a service are not allowed in the clinic.
Refunds + Exchanges
Products, services and gift certificates are non refundable. Products in new condition can be exchanged for clinic credit within 7 days of purchase. New condition means they are unopened, unused and any seals are in tact. Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged and hold no cash value. We are not responsible fo lost or stolen gift certificates. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Our aestheticians work hard to help you achieve your skin goals. While gratuity is at your discretion, it is greatly appreciated. Customary gratuity is 18-25% of the full price of the service you are receiving.
